Update: GMC refuses to act, Doctors begin legal action as anti-vaxxers launch abuse campaign
The GMC has refused to act after receiving a letter from a number of professionals regarding Aseem Malhotra vaccine disinformation

The response to the doctors beginning legal proceedings has been as expected.
Its worth noting that PJH Law is Francis Hoar’s firm. Hoar is listed as a Pandata member in an internal data base leaked in 2021.
Hoar represented Kevin Dolan (Keep Britain Free smiley faces)in the first legal challenge to lockdowns and a number of other challenges to measures and vaccines. He has also been working with the Covid19Assembly that asked for donations to run an audit of all covid deaths, donations were given but the audit has not taken place nearly two years later.
Hoar also represented Mohammad Adil the founder of World Doctors Alliance when the GMC did take action after Adil claimed covid was a hoax in 2020.
Whilst media outlets that have been sources of disinformation and misinformation claim a campaign of censorship on both sides of the Atlantic the reality is that very little has been done to stem the tide of disinformation particularly those who trade off their medical credentials.

Great effort and resources is being put into protecting the promoters of disinformation.
The case of Dr Sam White may have something to do with this. It involves the Human Rights Act and freedom of expression and a high court decision if I remember it right.
