An international network of conspiracy theorists with a franchise model

The disinformation network is an ecosystem with organisations designed to fill niches to reach specific audiences. The World Doctors Alliance and its own network of Freedom and Alliance groups, now with several overlapping umbrella organisations, sits on the more extreme end of the spectrum, they aren’t “asking questions”, they state the pandemic is a global fraud, claiming over 90% of cases are false positives, death certificates have been falsified and the vaccine is a crime against humanity. Unlike Pandata and HART whose primary focus is to influence policy makers and the media, WDA appears to be more focused on building on the alternative science base created by the likes of Pandata to create narratives linking into conspiracy theories to incite anti-vax and far right groups.

Nuremberg 2.0

While Nuremberg 2.0 is an anti-vax concept predating the pandemic WDA was one of the first to apply it to covid, their rhetoric is filled with themes of retribution and citizen’s taking justice into their own hands. Initially focused mainly in the UK, Ireland, and Germany, WDA fills a similar niche to America’s Frontline Doctors in the US with many members trading off of their qualifications in a form of medical militancy targeting healthcare workers and academics working on the pandemic response. America’s Frontline Doctors have also adopted Nuremberg 2.0 with members even sending pictures of nooses to real frontline doctors who speak up about disinformation.

Members have gone on to set up/join allied groups in various countries, all of which uses the same messaging and cross promoting. As with all these groups there is a large cross over of members and collaboration.

Mohammed Adil

The World Doctor’s Alliance (WDA) was incorporated on 10 May 2020 in the name of Mohammed Adil, a consultant surgeon in the UK who was suspended from the UK medical register in July 2020 after claiming covid was a hoax. Adil states that he believes the pandemic is orchestrated by the elite to control the world.

Dolores Cahill

Dolores Cahill (Ireland) former chair of the right Eurosceptic Irish Freedom Party and vice chair of the Innovative Medicines Initiative, she was forced to resign from both positions due to her claims covid is a hoax and her efforts to “debunk the narrative. Cahill founded Health Freedom Ireland, an anti measures, anti-vax group which promotes conspiracy theories, before going on to be a leading figure in a number of other organisations including the World Freedom Alliance that acts as an umbrella organisation national versions of the World Doctors Alliance based in a number of countries.

At the start of 2021 Cahill founded Freedom Airways and Freedom Travel Alliance alongside Susan Sweetin, Kevin Jenkins and Tara Thorton from the US and Canadian Susan Stanfield. The company offers travel and holidays for "natural health" advocates who oppose testing, masks and vaccination, however the company is registered in Deleware, a state which due to its light touch regulatory framework has more registered companies than people will have allowed minimal documentation and a $90 fee to set up the company with protection from personal liability.

The company is asking for “founding members” to sign up for annual fees of $100-$500 raising concerns that Cahill may be involved in a fraud scheme that has the potential to commit tax fraud.

Also in January 2021, Cahill registered another company, HappenMedia LTD to set up her own disinformation focused news platform. This is something seen across the disinformation network, a proliferation of channels and podcasts encouraging sceptics to stop listening entirely to the mainstream media and to trap themselves in the echo chamber. 

Cahill has been heavily involved in street protests and rallies in Ireland, the UK and Germany. She was involved in the infamous Trafalgar Square protest in 2020 where speakers called for nurses to put on trial before being hanged.

A key figure in for Corona-Ausschuss in Germany is Reiner Fuellmich, the American-German lawyer who was one of the early promoters of the false positive PCR narrative; he has worked closely with Doctors for Covid Ethics (EU) that includes Michael Yeadon. Yeadon is also a member of Pandata (South Africa) and HART (UK), has been advising America’s Frontline Doctors and was a listed member of the Truth for Health Foundation (US) although his name has now been removed from the website.

The Querdenken movement are Germany’s sceptics and deniers, opposing measures and mandates the movement is linked to a range of campaign groups including FidK, an organisation against all measures in schools with many parallels to the UK’s Us For Them group including opposition to child vaccination, launching legal challenges against masks in classrooms and calling for school to be made essential infrastructure to be forced to remain open regardless of the attributes of a future variant or a new pandemic virus. 

#HARTleaks reveals the close working relationship between WDA, Fuellmich, Yeadon and groups like Lawyers4Liberty which Anna de Buisseret is also a member of.

This screenshot show how they promoted the narrative mRNA vaccines arent vaccines. De Buisseret has been filmed outside hospitals and vaccination centres screaming “they’re killing children.” Lawyers4Liberty are one of the UKs main sceptic law groups working with various groups including UsForThem. One of Lawyers4Liberty's campaign letters regarding child vaccination was even promoted by the Daily Express.

The suggestion children would be blanket vaccinated in school without parental consent was a misrepresentation of UK consent laws, however the networked groups managed to make it a topic of discussion in the mainstream media for days on end.

When a vaccine being trialled in Australia was cancelled and data was released showing a false positive HIV test result had been produced, Cahill proceeded to claim this showed all covid vaccines contained fragments of HIV. The reality was that the vaccine had used a protein from HIV to maintain the shape of the covid spike protein, the trials were abandoned because participants made antibodies for the HIV protein rather than for the covid spike. The patients weren’t harmed, they didn’t catch HIV, the trials were cancelled due to being ineffective, not due to any safety concerns.

Cahill also claims a high-level whistleblower told her HIV was found in some PCR tests and that “new tests, not used, were positive for HIV”, declaring “everyone who has had a vaccine and everyone who has been PCR tested should be checked for HIV.”She appeared on Corona-Ausschuss to promote her claims. 

Cahill has a PhD in Immunology and prior to the pandemic was a researcher of proteomics so should know better than to make such claims, raising the question is she engaging in deliberate deception or has she lost her sense of objective thinking? The #HARTleaks strongly suggests former Pfizer scientist Michael Yeadon has fallen down the rabbit hole, has the same occurred to Cahill?

Note Fuellmich referring to “Drosten-PCR” as one of Germany’s senior virologist the German groups seek to cast Drosten as a minion of the global elites.

Cahill has also promoted the concept of common law, even working with a group to enlist “common law constables” who after being sworn in were sent out to challenge the covid restrictions that were in place at the time. They are now serving “legal papers” on hospitals and police stations claiming covid vaccinations are a crime against humanity.

Cahill also spent time being wanted by the police for questioning after Cahill and her common law constables removed a supporter from the hospital where they were being treated for covid. He was returned a few days later but unfortunately died.

Around the same time she attended a meeting in London with Graham Brady, MP and Chair of the Conservative Party's influential 1922 Committee which sets out the rules for the leadership elections that in recent years have also decided the UKs next Prime Minister.

Others in attendance include:

Mark Sexton who also invokes common law, sending people into public buildings to serve legal papers.

Tess Lawrie founder of the British Ivermectin Research Development group linked to Pierre Kory’s FLCCC, she is also a member of Pandata and HART, collaboring with many groups to build an ivermectin distribution network.

Michael Yeadon, who has been mentioned repeatedly elsewhere.

That such an important person in internal Conservative Party politics is meeting with such groups should have attracted more attention, however The Times article came and went without any attention.

This may be because Brady and the CRG MPs have collaborated closely with HART and Us For Them alongside elements of the media. Brady and other MPs email exchanges with HART have been published elsewhere but will be covered in later reports.

These are just some example of how the alliance/freedom groups seek to undermine institutions, the fostering of such attitudes in the US played a role in why a mob felt fine storming capital hill, its the same energy seen in the Canadian truckers rally at which WDA Scott Jensen’s Pandata colleagues Rodger Hodgkins and Peter McCullough were speakers.

Scott Jenson

Scott Jensen (US), is a Republican politician who also joined Pandata with Gupta, Bhattacharya, and Kulldorff who wrote the Great Barrington Declaration, and Scott Atlas and Paul Alexander who the US Covid Oversight committee found had undermined the pandemic response in pursuit of a mass infection strategy during their time as advisers in the Trump administration. Jensen is now standing to be Governor of Minnesota.

Jensen was a vocal sceptic early on in the pandemic, by July 2020 he was already in trouble after making claims that the death toll was being exaggerated, making the accusation that financial incentives were encouraging the health system to wrongly attribute deaths to covid. This narrative quickly found its way to the UK and other countries, being promoted by Toby Young’s Lockdown Sceptics website. 

His colleagues in Pandata Clare Craig, Martin Kulldorff, Patrick Fagan, Francis Hoar and Rodger Hodkinson went on to found the Covid19Assembly in the UK with Toby Young and Clare Fox, a member of the House of Lords who is a former Brexit Party MEP and member of the Revolutionary Communist Party. The organisation raised tens of thousands of pounds for an audit of every covid death certificate, however the organisation has recently been discontinued without having conducted the audit. Questions are now being asked of what has happened to the money that was raised.

Zac Cox

Zac Cox (UK) a holistic dentist and homoeopath became a Director of the UK Medical Freedom Alliance in June 2021, and is linked to Kate Shemirani the former nurse turned conspiracy theorist who gained notoriety in late 2020 for her speech in Trafalgar Square where she called for the hanging of doctors and nurses.  He has posted videos on social media claiming that covid was a hoax created by elites to control society.

In December 2020 he joined the newly formed UK Medical Freedom Alliance founded by Liz Evans who is also a member of HART. The HARTleaks also demonstrate how the groups interlink and collaborate, for instance when Zac Cox working with Cahill asked HART for help when they were trying to obtain tissue samples from autopsies.

I don’t believe they managed to obtain their tissue samples, on the WDA website they claim that refusal to allow independent inspection of autopsies is evidence of a government cover up. This claim is made by many groups and likely originates from failed attempts like this.

Other Members

Vernon Coleman (UK), a discredited former doctor, is a long term member of the hard-right English Democrats since 2007. He has claimed covid is a hoax, face masks cause cancer and vaccines are dangerous. The alliance groups have worked closely with far right groups, including promoting the English Democrats’ Workers of England Union which has sent aggressive letters to school leaders regarding covid measures and vaccination. The Workers of England Union has also been promoted by Toby Young’s Free Speech Union and a number of interlinked groups in that cluster of astroturfing organisations. 

Andrew Kaufman, a Canadian writer, film director and radio producer, has claimed vaccination would make humans “genetically modified organisms”. He also claims viruses do not exist, claiming similar claims to some members of America’s Frontline Doctors that “demon possession may actually be a factor in some mental illnesses”.  

Heiko Schoning, a German in the UK founded the Covid-19-Extra Parliamentary Inquiry Committee and was arrested by the Met Police at Speakers Corner at Hyde Park on 26 September whilst addressing a crowd. David Kurten of the Brexit Alliance Group and Heritage Party wrote to the police to question the arrest. He opposes vaccination claiming covid is a hoax.

Heinrich Flechtner, has accused those promoting covid vaccines of being “disciples of Josef Mengele” the Nazi scientist. After claiming covid was a hoax he was expelled from the Stuttgart State Parliament in 2021. He is a former member of the right wing Alternative for Deutschland political party.

Elke De Clerk, a former doctor, she has made many wild claims including that anyone vaccinated will “officially become the property of Microsoft and that PCR tests were “a kind of nasal vaccination.

Mikael Nordfors, is a Danish doctor who has been banned from practising after being investigated for malpractice, suggesting alternative treatments for covid including ozone therapy.

Hilde De Smart, was one of those who advanced the idea that face masks cause oxygen deprivation causing neurological damage.

Johan Denis, a general practitioner who was suspended for claiming covid was a hoax.

Digital Amplification

In October 2021 The institute for Strategic Dialogue in London produced a report on “Facebook’s failure to take meaningful action against the purveyors of covid-19 and vaccine disinfo on their platform” specifically looking at the growth in popularity  describing how members had risen to varying levels of fame by spreading false and misleading claims.

They found that Facebook pages of the WFA increased their following by over 13,000% in less than 18 months, videos from their pages had been viewed more than 21.1million times and interaction rates on posts had increased by 85% in the first six months of 2021. In this time the WDA and its members required Facebook’s fact-checkers to release debunks 189 times, Dolores Cahill violated the platform’s policies dozens of times being the subject of 75 fact checks. Only a small portion of WDA’s content was subjected to fact checking despite being clearly incorrect or misleading. The report shows the cross border nature of the WDA, with its content found in 46 different languages, 

We saw the same with the Great Barrington Declaration launch where 43% of the traffic promoting it was estimated to be artificial.

World Freedom Alliance

The World Freedom Alliance was formed in September 2020 by Dolores Cahill and Heiko Schoning of World Doctors Alliance alongside Maneka Helleberg and Mads Palsvig. The website states “The World Freedom Alliance provides a worldwide platform linking with various associations and organisations offering access to justice, true dialogue for health science and politics while holding worldwide officials to account.” Their mission is to “protect cherished freedoms, promote collaborations and links between groups of doctors, scientists, lawyers, professionals and freedom campaigners worldwide.

At the time of writing, the first feature on their websites homepage was promoting “The Big Reset” a conspiracy theory film produced by WDA and members of other groups in the network. 

The World Freedom Alliance promotes the same narrative as the WDA including the calls for those responsible for supporting the “covid hoax” of being put on trial. The website promotes the fake trials and hearings being conducted by the likes of Reiner Fuellmich in Germany and the Corona Investigative Committee, where all “witnesses” appear to be members of WDA, Pandata and other connected groups as they provide the evidence of their alternative science in the echo chambers of sham court rooms.

These groups talk of common law, hold mock trials, enlist constables and are serving “legal papers” accusing authorities and frontline workers of genocide and mass murder. Consideing they believe real laws and institutions have all been corrupted and no longer have the moral right to hold them to account, where does this descent down the rabbit hole end?

The WFA Action Plan

What we are seeing in effect is a franchise system run by anti-vaxxers and conspiracy theorists.

The World Freedom Alliance even has access to a specially designed platform for video meetings in the form of FractalCircles.org.

The plan set out for members is to join a circle, a small independent team of six people who share the same values. Grow organically by recruiting people into new connected circles then create a fractal where representatives from six circles join together in a centre circle to coordinate between the others. Fractals then band together to act in unity.

For those wishing to create their own circle or integrate an already existing organisation into the network there are mentoring and coaching programs which required a fee to be paid.

FractalCircles even provides a sophisticated tool for meetings to manage debates and produce minutes. 

Is this a pyramid scheme or a franchise system? Is it both?

The WFA is also advancing its own Education Pillar encouraging members to remove their children from mainstream education in favour of alternative education such as homeschooling with resources provided by the network. It also promotes Project Blossom, an alternative education setting being created in Spain that sets out a curriculum that includes a focus on “natural law” and “survival skills”.

Encouraging members to disconnect from mainstream news, to follow “common law” rather than the actual law of the land, to hold sham trials where they accuse governments, academics and health care workers of crimes against humanity, suggesting members to remove their children from education and to build “fractal” communities, is that a franchise, a pyramid scheme or a the starting of a cult?

Budapest Conference

The agenda of the WFA’s conference in Budapest features members from many other groups.

The keynote speaker from the US, Sheri Tenpenny is one of the disinformation dozen, the key people globally who have been identified as being responsible for a large amount of anti-vax propaganda online.

Of note is Sucharit Bhakdi a German microbiologist who claimed in March 2020 that the German peak would only be 30 deaths a day, in November 2020 his Youtube channel was taken down due to disinformation. A member of Pandata’s Scientific Advisory Board alongside Scott Atlas, Martin Kulldorff, Jay Bhattacharya, Sunetra Gupta and Ellen Townsend etc  he went on to be a member of Doctors for Covid Ethics.

 In 2021 he also formed a new political party dieBasis which comes from the German anti-lockdown/anti-vaccine movement Querdenken mentioned earlier in relation to Cahill that which has been accused of conspiracy theories, anti-semitism  and providing a home for the far-right.  In Germany Bhakdi is currently surrounded in controversy after making direct comparrisons between the pandemic response and the crimes of the holocaust.

Also making an appearance is Pamela Popper, co-founder of Make Americans Free Again, President of Wellness Forum Health and the author of a covid conspiracy book. She has appeared at similar events including one organised by the US based Truth for Health Foundation where she appeared alongside others including Reiner Fuellmich and joint Truth for Health and Pandata members Peter McCullough, Rodger Hodkinson and Michael Yeadon.

The Budapest event has a day hosted in collaboration with Doctors for Truth which began with its founder Natalia Prego in Spain making a video filled with false claims about covid that went viral on 15 March 2020. By June the group was holding demonstrations in Madrid against “the new world order.”

The WFA and its Budapest event demonstrates the development of an international movement of conspiracy theorists who believe the authority of state institutions should no longer apply to them as they seek to undermine trust in healthcare and education. The network appears to share members and links to far right parties in each country it operates in, promoting the idea of an enemy of a global elite that only the truthtellers of the network can provide a solution to. 

This looks to be harnessing the same energy that led to anti-vaxxers trying to break into schools in the UK, the Truckers in Canada and even the storming of Capitol Hill on January 6, indeed members from alliance and associated groups are seen at  the forefront of hostile protests around the world.

Children’s Health Defense is the organisation of Robert F Kennedy Jr’s, another of the disinformation dozen who alongside Del Bigtree is a primary funder of anti-vax groups and other initiatives like Defeat the Mandates in the US.

UK Medical Freedom Alliance

The UKMFA is the UK franchise of the WFA/WDA, founded by Liz Evans and Anna Forbes in December 2020, Zac Cox of the WDA is also a member. Liz Evans website lists a range of treatments she provides privately which includes “Wireless Health Advice and Testing” she has also campaigned about having smart meters in homes claiming Wi-Fi signals are putting people at risk. Views shared by Zac Cox who has also campaigned against wireless and 5G. Evans  is also a HART member, the HARTleaks show Evans promoting her concerns around wifi and vaccines that herself and other members believe are magnetic. 

Liz Evans is also on the advisory board of RKF Jnr’s Children’s Health Defense. The HARTleaks show she has encouraged promoting claims vaccines were harmful to pregnant women and breastfeeding babies and contained graphene oxide.

Anna Forbes runs an integrative medicine clinic, providing “intravenous nutrient therapy, nutrition and psycho-emotional well being” programmes. She left UKMFA in June 2021

Jo Rodgers is also head of PCRclaims who promoted the narrative that the pandemic is an artefact of PCR false positives. Other members of PCRclaims are mainly from Pandata and HART including Ellen Townsend who works with Us For Them, Patrick Fagan formerly of Cambridge Analytica, Clare Craig, and Michael Yeason and Joel Smalley who have also been advising America’s Frontline Doctors.

Meanwhile fellow UKMFA member Rajendra Sharma works for Hale Clinic Harley Street that was offering private PCR tests for £180 in early 2021.

Nigel Utton is an osteopath who treats migraines and resigned from Norwich Council after claiming covid was a con and that “councils resemble the Taliban”. He has several speaking slots at the WFA Budapest conference. 

Konstantin Pavlidis is head of Orassy Health which offers treatments such as “Dance Mastery.”

Jayne Donegan is an anti-vaxxer who accuses the WHO of using “Nazi techniques to promote inoculation.”

Teck Khong is a former Conservative Party Councillor and UKIP Party member and has now formed the Alliance for Democracy and Freedom Party. The organisation TellMama produced a piece on Khongs anti-Muslim social media activity.

Kaira McCallum produced a press release for the International Criminal Court in which they claimed “”vaccines are deliberately engineered bioweapons that have been released in two phases on the unsuspecting peoples of the world. The letter suggests “certain members of the UK government and it’s advisors, were complicit in genocide, crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg code.”

#HARTleaks

Evidence of collaboration between groups in producing misinformation and disinformation.

We see how individuals often produce letters, papers and campaign resources before deciding which of the various groups they’re involved with is best suited to release for their target market.

Law or Fiction are a sceptic legal group working alongside Lawyers4Liberty and Francis Hoar of Pandata and Covid19Assembly.

Law or Fiction are also linked to the World Freedom Alliance. Its important policy makers and journalists understand and acknowledge the scale and level of organisation occuring across borders.

Particularly when a key theme of this movement of conspiracy theorist is vengeance on “lockdowners” and vaccinators.

When other organisations like Brownstone Institute publish a list of 101 people to blame for lockdown with a picture of a guillotine they should know the reaction this will get from the alliance/freedom groups.

Members of America’s Frontline Doctors are sending pictures of nooses to people with the words Nuremberg 2.0.

When UK newspapers quote Collateral Global questioning the death toll they add validity to the conspiracy theorists, same as when an Oxford academic is quoted claiming there’s no evidence to support masks.

When the Telegraph and Daily Express publish a series of articles quoting a misleading VAER dumpster dive and promote groups who claim vaccines will harm more children than covid the anti-vaxxers felt emboldened and unpleasent protests at school gates increased.

When elected politicians quote groups like HART and people working with the UKMFA are helping to write evidence for parliamentary committees, it adds a veneer of authenticity that allows these networks to draw more people down the rabbit hole.

We are seeing a movement with many similarities to Qanon growing across the globe. It is organised and well resourced.
