Dear Counter Disinformation Project Team,

I am writing to respectfully request your consideration of a matter that I believe raises profound questions concerning disinformation, state accountability, and the possible fabrication of security threats through coercive practices.

For several years, I have sought investigation, legal remedies, and independent scrutiny regarding allegations of torture, coercion, systematic professional and social sabotage, and security-related entrapment in Norway. Throughout this period, I have exhausted all available remedies in Norway and subsequently sought protection in Switzerland, where I also exhausted all available avenues without obtaining an independent investigation or effective remedy.

My concern extends beyond my individual circumstances.

If allegations of long-term torture, coercion, and psychological manipulation are ever used to influence, manufacture, or reinforce security-related narratives, then such practices would represent not only grave human rights violations but also a form of disinformation. They would undermine the integrity of democratic institutions by creating narratives through coercion rather than through genuine evidence.

The manufacture of perceived threats through coercion, would distort public understanding, influence policy, and weaken confidence in the rule of law. Such allegations therefore deserve careful, independent examination—not simply as potential human rights violations, but as issues affecting democratic governance, transparency, and public trust.

Over many years, I have accumulated extensive documentation, including correspondence with authorities, legal professionals, oversight bodies, international organisations, journalists, and United Nations mechanisms. I also maintain a detailed chronology of events and supporting material that I am prepared to provide for independent review.

I am not asking your organisation to accept my allegations without scrutiny. Rather, I respectfully ask whether you would be willing to examine the documentation, assess whether it raises issues that fall within your expertise, or advise whether another independent organisation would be better placed to investigate.

I believe that if democratic societies are to remain resilient against disinformation, they must also be prepared to examine allegations that challenge official narratives with the same commitment to evidence, transparency, and accountability that they expect in every other context.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would be grateful for any guidance or assistance you may be able to provide.

Kind regards,

Author of The Accountability Gap
