Law suits, commision charges, licences stripped & criminal prosecutions, Reality hits for AFLD and other disinfo docs
Accusations mount against numerous individuals
Away from the online echo chambers, antivax conferences and the more egregious right wing media, reality is starting to catch up with members of America’s Frontline Doctors

Unproven treatments prescribed without a proper examination via a telemedicine service resulted in the death of Mr Parker.
Ryan Cole
The Washington Medical Commision has files charges against Ryan Cole of AFLD for making numerous false and misleading statements, and for negligent care of patients.
The list of offences is three pages long and then goes into details regarding a litany of the negligent care for four patients.
Some key points to take from the statement of charges.
Patient A, Covid treatment
Patient B, prophylactic use
Patient C, long covid treatment
Patient D, Covid treatment

Implications for other organisations
For each patient case the charges contained the same line regarding the disclaimer on the platform.
This disclaimer or similar is found on the websites of many organisations promoting unproven treatments, the Washington Medical Commision has deemed this to be inadequate to protect Cole from charges.
Such organisations include AFLD linked FLCCC and its partner organisation British Ivermectin Research Development group (BIRD) founded by Tess Lawrie who is also a founder of the World Council for Health who provided the press conference for Aseem Malhotra's antivax paper.
Details on these organisations and overlapping members can be found here.
FLCCC
This is just the latest example of the mounting accusations against this network of disinformation doctors. FLCCC member Flávio Cadegiani was arrested in Brazil in September 2022 for crimes against humanity after carrying out unethical trials of unproven treatments that led to the deaths of his patients.
French authorities have also begun criminal investigations into Didier Raoult regarding six papers that have been held up as proof of the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine.
Medical credentials being removed
Another organisation also running a similar Church based telemedicine initiative is the Truth for Health Foundation whose members include Peter McCullough, former Trump advisor and Brownstone Institute Fellow Paul Alexander, and Bill Cook founder of the religious militia group the Black Robe Regiment which has ties to Michael Flynn and Rodger Stone.
McCullough has already been stripped of his medical credentials.
McCullough and Alexander's Pandata colleague, failed gubernatorial candidate Scott Jensen is now also under investigation.
We have a network of overlapping organisations whose members face criminal charges, law suits and medical commission charges, some members have already lost their licences, while Simone Gold of AFLD pled guilty and was sentenced to prison for her role in the storming of Capitol Hill.
We do not know how many of their antivax followers have died, or how many might have lived if they were vaccinated, and we do not know how many have died from the unproven treatments they have recommended, but people have died and others will die as a consequence of disinformation.
Many of those who peddle the disinformation have established considerable revenues.
Is it time for authorities to start treating elements of this network of participating in organised crime?
Meanwhile AFLD members continue to fight over the spoils.
