Covid19Assembly: donations, a death audit and dissolved companies
Toby Young, Pandata members Martin Kulldorff, Patrick Fagan of Cambridge Analytica, and others project to cast doubt on the death toll
Covid19Assembly, established August 2020
From the Covid19Assembly website
The Covid19 Assembly is deeply concerned that the Covid-19-related restrictions on normal life are disproportionate and were brought in based on unscientific information. These restrictions need to be brought to an immediate end with a thorough investigation carried out to ensure this situation never happens again.
We are working to achieve this through a number of initiatives:
Thorough investigations into data used to justify government decision making. Our first project in this area will be a detailed investigation into all official Covid-19 deaths and whether any of these have been misattributed.
Creation & distribution of accurate, accessible information in formats designed for the average person who may be questioning one or more aspects of the pandemic or response to it.
Fostering cooperation between groups, organizations and individuals who share the same views and sharing knowledge and best practices with them – both within the UK and internationally.
The Role of the Covid-19 Assembly
All actions to mitigate the harm caused by Covid-19 were taken due to the perceived death rate of the disease. However, with so much confusion around these deaths, in scientific terms the death rate is effectively unknown and as such, it is impossible to judge the proportionality of these measures.
Our position is that every official Covid death must be properly investigated as it would be if an inquest was still required. As such, in the absence of official programmes to do so, our first major project in the Covid-19 arena will be to catalog and audit these deaths.
The initial function of Covid19Assembly was to cast doubt on the official death toll, claiming that a large proportion of deaths had been misattributed to covid. Independently auditing every covid death is
How would they accomplish this? The website’s section on their methodology is incredibly vague.
“The Covid Deaths Audit will be overseen by pathologist Dr. Clare Craig and will involve a team of experienced researchers, health professionals, statisticians, data analysts and legal experts.
Initially focusing on individual local/unitary authority areas, our aim is to create a list of every official Covid death in each area, collating data from official sources, families, hospitals, hospices, care homes, funeral homes and other relevant sources. We do not intend to cherrypick contentious/high-profile cases only, but to investigate every death where possible.
As our funding and resources increase, out intention is to increase the number of areas we cover at a time. Findings for areas will be reported as we progress and our our final findings will also be published at the end of the investigation.”
Note the typo’s, this is a cut and paste directly from the Covid19Assembly website, demonstrating their rigorous attention to detail. It’s also worth noting they explicitly state that they won’t be cherry picking cases to examine, let's take a look at how they went about identifying deaths to audit.
“The project’s success relies on help from you, the public.
If you or anyone you know has lost someone whose death has been officially recorded as Covid-19, please come forward and let us know. All communication will be in strictest confidence and a member of our team will get in touch with you to discuss the matter further.
Similarly, if you are a medical professional or work in any field which has given you insight into this situation (eg. undertaking or death registration) and have information that you think is relevant or are able to provide testimonial evidence, we very much need to hear from you as well. If this contravenes the terms of your employment, we are able to offer legal assistance and anonymity.
By taking an independent, even handed look at the circumstances of all official Covid deaths we hope to ensure that we can draw a line under any confusion and help provide a solid foundation to build on for the future”
This appears to be a fishing expedition considering the pool of people visiting the Covid19Assembly website will be disproportionately denialists and minimisers, suggesting that the organisation is likely to get some good anecdotes to use in campaigning but little in the way of reliable data.
Covid19Assembly’s early work also focused on casting doubt on the reliability of PCR testing.
In a piece originally published on Lockdown Sceptics in October 2020 Covid19Assembly member Clare Craig claimed “Covid effectively disappeared over the Summer and deaths attributed to Covid were false positives.”
The HARTleaks revealed how Craig manipulates data until she produces graphs to fit her hypothesis and this is exactly what she did in this article. Making certain assumptions she came to the conclusion that the data regarding deaths and hospitalisations was contradictory to what she expected, and questioned if the data showed that more testing would mean more less severe cases were identified.
“The contradictions in the data have no biological explanation, especially the absence of the number of severe cases which would then explain the current increasing death rates ascribed to Covid.”
She suggests rising cases and deaths were an artifact of false positives, claiming PCR tests were beset by an astounding amount of cross-contamination.
“There is a general assumption that the false positive rate can be calculated and assumed to be constant. Comparing results from different tests alongside each other only tells you the false positive rate due to the test kits. False positives can be caused by mistaken diagnosis of other viruses; human DNA; contamination of the sample with viral RNA that is not causing disease as well as from laboratory errors. The error rate of the test kit rate is usually the least of our problems. Laboratory error rates vary day to day and a laboratory under increasing pressure is likely to have an increasing error rate. False positive rates can even be seasonal where there is another seasonal virus that cross-reacts in the testing resulting in a misdiagnosis. The crucial point is the idea that the false positive rate must be a constant is a myth in the real world.”
Covid19Assembly’s website also posted a number of articles by Pandata, Michael Yeadon, Us For Them’s founder Molly Kingsley and a piece by Toby Young claiming that masks increased transmission. In autumn 2021 Covid19Assembly set up its own unverified reporting system for vaccine adverse effects, submission forms were sent directly to Hoar’s legal firm in what looks like another fishing expedition, however they were inundated by joke submissions and nothing came directly from this.
Who was behind Covid19Assembly?
Martin Kulldorff, GBD author, Pandata, and Collateral Global.
Francis Hoar, Pandata and lawyer for various sceptic groups. Hoar is a member of Lawyers for Britain a pro-Brexit campaigning group of lawyers and worked for the the Leave Means Leave campaign run by Richard Tice and Nigel Farage, Hoar also advised Conservative candidate for London Mayor Shaun Bailey as well as representing the far-right English Democrats run by Robert Tilbrook in 2019,
Clare Craig, Pandata, PCRclaims, and HART
Toby Young, Lockdown Sceptics, Free Speech Union, Spectator, Quillette
Patrick Fagan joined as an advisor in late 2020 but his name was later removed from the website, Cambridge Analytica, Pandata, PCRclaims, HART.
In September 2021 Covid19Assembly announced they would be spearheading a legal case against the MHRA to challenge the authorisation of covid vaccines for children aged 12-15. They announced that “our spokesperson, and a driving force of the case, is broadcaster and mother of three Bev Turner.” Turner had previously worked for BBC Radio 5, Sky and LBC became a GB News presenter in 2022 after courting controversy in 2021 regarding her comments around vaccination and comparing Australia’s covid response to Apartheid in South Africa. She is one of a number of TV personalities and commentators who appear to have become a conspiracy theorist during the pandemic. She has promoted Peter McCulough’s “spike detox” alternative medicine and was criticized by Jewish groups in July 2023 for claiming Covid appeared to have been bioengineered to be less dangerous to some Jewish people. While many broadcasters have chosen not to platform Turner anymore, GB News has given her free reign to air disinformation.
Covid19Assembly claimed they had assembled a world class team of experts including;
Rodger Hodkinson, a Canadian pathologist who had claimed covid was a hoax in early 2020, has been a member of Pandata, Rational Ground, Truth for Health Foundation and was a member of the Canadian Trucker’s science council when the “Freedom Truckers” brought the capital to a halt for a number of days.
Tess Lawrie, of Pandata, HART, British Ivermectin Research Development group, World Council for Health, was also a member of the trucker’s science council.
Ros Jones of Us For Them, HART, and a number of UK groups responsible for spreading disinformation regarding covid vaccines for children.
Robert Malone, the self titled “inventor of mRNA vaccines” who has worked with Pierre Kory of FLCCC in producing papers on Ivermectin that were rejected by the publisher. Whilst promoting alternative treatments Malone has increasingly propogated vaccine disinformation, even claiming that they were “causing a form of AIDS.”
A post on the website also stated that Clare Fox had joined the group, however her name way later taken off of the site. Formerly of Living Marxism and the founder of the Academy of Ideas, Fox was awarded a peerage to the House of Lords by Boris Johnson after she stepped aside as a Brexit Party candidate in the 2019 General Election.
The disappearing companies of David Flemming
The company was registered by David Flemming. By August 2023 Flemming had been responsible for at least 15 companies that had been stuck off or made insolvent. The independent researcher John Bye has investigated the history of Flemmig’s companies.
On LinkedIn, Fleming claims to have been MD of Motorsport Creative for 15 years, from 2000 to 2015. On Companies House the company (barely) existed for two years. It was incorporated on 01/10/02, never filed any accounts and was struck off and dissolved on 24/08/04.
A few years later another David Fleming company, Motorsport Etc Ltd was...
Incorporated on 03/04/08, never filed any accounts. Wound up under the Insolvency Act after HMRC took them to court as a creditor on 19/09/11. Nobody from the company turned up to represent them in court.
But by then Fleming had already setup his next company, Motorsport ID Limited. Which was...
Incorporated on 22/03/11. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 30/10/12
A few years later and Fleming sets up another motorsport related company, PitBuzz Limited. This was...
Incorporated on 27/08/15. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 31/01/17
Fleming now gave his occupation as "local government officer".
But two years after PitBuzz was struck off, it popped up again as a new company registered by Fleming under the same name and with the same Articles of Association. It didn't fare any better.
Incorporated on 24/09/19. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 06/04/21
The same thing happened to another Fleming company in 2015. Young Driver Development Limited used the same boilerplate Articles of Association as PitBuzz. In its first life it was...
Incorporated on 23/11/15. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 02/05/17
Then, just two weeks after the first Young Driver Development Limited was struck off for failing to file accounts, Fleming registered a new company with the same name and Articles. It was…
Incorporated on 16/05/17. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 02/07/19
Fleming's next venture was DPTF Limited, which again uses the same Articles of Association as PitBuzz and Young Driver Development. Guess what happens?
Incorporated on 31/07/19. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 21/09/21
Can you see a pattern emerging yet?
Meanwhile Fleming had setup a young drivers site, registered as Racing Budget Limited, which seems to have consisted of lots of "lorem ipsum" text and stock photos for most of its short life. Incorporated on 22/06/20. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 30/11/21
Then there's Safe Food Rating Ltd, which sounds like a career shift, but Fleming has also worked as an Environmental Health Officer. Like his many phantom motorsport companies though it was…
Incorporated on 25/03/20. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 28/09/21
Just a few weeks later Fleming replaced that with Food Safety Coach Limited. But again, the company was quickly tossed out on the Companies House compost heap. It was…
Incorporated on 20/10/21. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 11/04/23
Meanwhile another Fleming company, Sudosy Limited, had filed to dissolve itself voluntarily instead, just for a change from compulsory strike-offs. It was…
Incorporated on 14/04/21. Voluntarily dissolved on 25/10/22. Before it had to file any accounts
In fact, the only David Fleming company I've found that has EVER filed any accounts in the last 20 years is Mylofo Limited, a local blogging site in Canterbury.
That filed accounts for 2 years, before missing its 2017-18 deadline and getting struck off and dissolved on 20/10/20.
So given founder David Fleming's record, it's no surprise that the Covid19 Assembly was…
Incorporated on 05/11/20.Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 19/04/22
The Covid19 Assembly later claimed it let itself be struck off by Companies House because the group had "accidentally registered" itself as the wrong type of company, and had "decided to do it properly".
Covid19 Assembly became a trading name of Global Crisis Research Limited.
But having said they were going to "do it properly" this time, the same thing has now happened to the Covid19 Assembly's successor company, Global Crisis Research Limited. It was…
Incorporated on 15/07/21. Never filed any accounts. Struck off and dissolved on 29/08/23
Meanwhile Fleming had already registered yet another company, Not Our Future, on 22/08/22. This publicly launched a few months later, promising to "halt the Great Reset". Signatories included a who's who of conspiracy theorists and covid contrarians.
Now, if we take Covid19 Assembly's statement at face value, it IS possible David Fleming setup over a dozen companies incorrectly, and allowed them all to lapse rather than correct their paperwork.
In which case he really isn't very good at this. Despite having LOTS of practice.
What we can say is that David Fleming only seems to have published accounts for ONE of at least 15 UK businesses he's founded in 20 years. And almost every company he's directed was struck off or declared insolvent. Which doesn't bode well for Not Our Future's .. er .. future.
The end?
Covid19Assembly came to a halt at the start of 2022, the website and social media accounts have not been updated since this time, long before the company was finally dissolved. The final act of Covid19Assembly was to lose a legal challenge against child vaccination where they were represented by Stephen Jackson who runs Law Or Fiction, another sceptic legal outfit that has been responsible for a slew of failed challenges regarding the pandemic.
Covid19Assembly raised just over £130,000 for the challenge however in losing they occurred costs of over £100,000, however there is still the question of what happened to the money they collected to carry out the death audit?
When this was raised Toby Young put out a statement that Covid19Assembly was continuing its work and still intended on carrying out its death audit, however since its successor Global Crisis Research Limited has since been struck off from companies house the question of what happened to the donation money still remains a mystery.
Why would a Professor from Harvard University like Kulldorff decide to get involved with an organisation founded by someone with Flemming’s background?
Covid19Assembly appears to have been a short term campaign by Pandata and Toby Young to cast doubt on the official death toll without any substantial evidence in an effort to undermine the case for action just as the UK began to approach the deadliest days of the pandemic.
Another legal challenge around the same time as the Covid19Assembly’s. This was on behalf of Bev Turner and the Children’s Covid Vaccine Advisory group. which just happens to be led by Ros Jones.
Other legal challenges were made against child vaccination by other interlinked groups.
Each loss was further weaponized to feed the conspiracy theorists.
